Unfortunately, we are experiencing persistent water leakage and seepage throughout the premises, which poses a serious risk to the integrity of our buildings. It is crucial that we address these issues without delay, as the ongoing water intrusion not only compromises living conditions but could also lead to more extensive damage over time.

In 2024 alone, we spent nearly $400,000 on repairs related to these water leakage problems, highlighting the urgent need for a comprehensive solution.
